I have been a chef for more than I years . I am very happy and passionate and hardworking in my job. I am well experienced in various cuisines.
I started my culinary journey in hospitality college which is INTERNATIONAL HOTEL AND TOURISM INSTITUTEBin 2017. I have been since in the culinary industry ever since . I am classically french trained , but I am in deed well experienced in Japanese cuisine, Indian cuisine,Turkish cuisine,Greek , Italian, west African cuisine, Somali cuisine, Intercontinental cuisine. I have experience in breakfast preparation and set up I am capable of hosting dinners of up to 30 pax . I am well trained in preparation of canapes ,amuse bouches ,.
