I describe myself as a Chef that is always seeking advancement, changes and perfection.
I am a Chef with 11 years experience. I have worked in various types of restaurants such as Mediterranean, French, American, Italian, ranging from Al a carte to buffet. I believe that the culinary profession should always be a field that is ever changing in order to keep the uniqueness of the field and to always stir up passion and creativity. During my years of service it was always my desire to be the best and to keep learning and advancing my skills through education and active development.
