Having progressed through key culinary roles up to Sous Chef, I bring expertise in menu development, food quality, cost control, team supervision, and operational excellence. I have also had the opportunity to work alongside prestigious chefs including Chef Glenn Viel, Hugo Riboulet, and Thibault Sombardier, as well as other respected figures in Mauritius's gastronomic industry.
