Google led me to this site and I could not be happier to have encountered Chef Nivea. She was excellent in communicating from start to finish and really made our experience wonderful. Nivea was professional, equipped, knowledgeable and engaging. Plus, the food was fresh and flavorful - exactly what we wanted. I mean, what else can you ask for?! Oh, I guess you can really top of your experience with the interactive appetizer, We LOVED having this option and being able to assist the chef with our delicious meal.

Chef Luis is over all an amazing chef. It was my wife’s birthday and I decided to have a chef cook a birthday dinner just for her. His menu was just incredible. For starters he made an amazing potato soup, never had a soup like this before. Followed by mini yuca mofongo with suckling pig, which he made for 6 hours the night before. I can’t fully describe the taste, because it was beyond amazing. Then followed a tropical salad, which I will not describe, because it would take to long. Just trust me is was amazing. Then came the main dish. Mashed malanga, with fillet mignon medallions cooked is sousvides, red wine demiglase tamarind and crispy onions. Need I say anything else. It was so amazing, the meat melted in our mouths, the malanga was incredible. Then he finished off with coconut flan with caramel inside. To die for. The whole experience was worth every penny. Everything from presentation to taste was perfect. To have a chef cook just for you and no one else is amazing enough, but when you get Chef Louis to do it, it tops it all.
