I started working in starred Italian restaurants from a very young age, then I opened a restaurant in Rome and one in Catania on my own, then I traveled a lot in trattorias and small restaurants throughout Italy to discover notions and recipes of the culinary tradition of the beautiful I am on the Takeachef platform in Italy for a few years and now I am moving to Spain and more precisely to Ibiza and its surroundings. I want to bring the excitement of a traditional Italian cooking experience to your tables.

Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata grazie anche ad Alessandro, che ha preparato una buonissima cena per gli adulti ed è stato super disponibile a preparare qualcosa anche per i bambini, anche se questo non era compreso nel servizio. Raccomando Alessandro a chiunque voglia tornare in Italia, almeno a tavola ????

Fantastic evening. It’s an experience on its own. Alessandro was very kind and made it feel very normal having somebody come and cook for you. The food was delicious, fresh fish and interesting by flavors. A great mixture of traditional Italian food and unexpected flavors.

Das Essen war seeehr lecker und auch reichlich. Herrliche, italienische Küche. So ein bisschen Ferien. Da wir im Moment nicht in ein Restaurant können, ist die Idee, das Restaurant zu uns zu holen einfach umwerfend. Vielen Dank :-)
