I am a 30 years old Chef who will never stop to create sur-mesure for my guests.
5 years as private chef.
I also traveled and worked around the world England (2years), Australia (2year) and New-Zealand(1 year), then 2 year in St Martin so my style is french but mainly impact by what I've learned and discovered on my trips,.
On top of that, I love create, I've no limit and I love challenges.
Then my cuisine led me to be ranked first in the "Jeune Talent Escoffier" in 2011 at the national level and, 4th at the international scale.
Futhermore, my cooking is honest and pure in the most refined way; through the use of fresh, and seasonal products.
