De formation spécialisée à l'école hôtélière, Lory Herschkorn se forge à travers ses passages en cuisine dans des établissements de renommée a travers le monde , Londres , Mexico Miami, Bogota .Elle a traversee le monde a decouverte de nouvelle saveurs et techniques les 12 dernieres annees de chef de restaurant a chef prive sur des yacht et villa .Au cours de son parcours, elle apporte sa "french touch" en creant " Home Sweet Home " bistrot & patisserie. Professionnel de la cuisine respectueux des règles de conservation, d'hygiène, de transport et des méthodes d'élaboration, la cuisine est pour elle un plaisir au quotidien. De retour en Europe , elle souhaite partager sa philosophie culinaire et vous faire partager une experience inoubliable.

until three years ago when she connected with colombia and opened her bistrot

This was an amazing experience. Chef Lori and her husband Fabien were wonderful. The meal was fantastic -far beyond fantastic. The whole evening was pleasant - they arrived, set up, prepared, and made a delicious meal in a very short time. Lory and her partner Fabien were absolutely wonderful! They gave me exactly what I asked for, delicious seasonal produce from the region cooked to perfection. It was served beautifully, tasted delicious and my guests and I were absolutely delighted with every course. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an exceptional meal.
We booked Chef Lory for a Mediterranean inspired dinner for eight people. She proposed a very diverse menu and was very flexible to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Two days before the dinner, she informed us that her husband, Fabriece would be cooking for us. We were a little worried since this was our first “takeachef” experience, but he was exceptional in every way. He prepared a beautiful meal and managed the entire evening. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
They were amazing! They put together an amazing last minute dinner together for us and everyone really really enjoyed everything. Again, I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
