In the realm of conscious and medicine eating, I will be responsible for designing functional and experiential menus, standing out with her holistic approach and ability to blend knowledge of Slowfood methods, as well as conscious nutrition.
Adding a deep dimension, she offers proposals that transcend physical nutrition and address emotional and spiritual well-being through the live preparation fresh foods in an artisanal manner, inspired by ancestral worldviews regarding the knowledge of the earth and its fruits. This is complemented by practices such as mindful eating meditations and dynamic practical workshops.
