Always happy to using a local ingredients from Bali with a unique technique, so every dishes I make have a character and memorable.
I am a professional chef with 9 years experience in the culinary industry Bali. I studied at STP Nusa Dua Bali and in 2017 I joined a five star hotels and restaurants around Bali, my last position is a Sous Chef at FED BY MADE Seminyak for a 4 years . I also have a experience to do collaboration with a few restaurants in Perth, Singapore, Jakarta and Bandung.
