Simple cuisine with modern techniques.

Inspired by Japanese culture by applying simple cooking methods and paying attention to details in the food itself, I have studied the traditions of the kitchen world by gaining experience from several famous Michelin-starred chefs. By spending almost 10 years in the culinary world, I have honed my skills by working in several luxury resort hotels and famous 5-star restaurants. On the other hand, I often participate in national and international cooking competitions by winning several silver medals at the Australian International Meat Cutting Competition, Chef and Mixology Pairing Competition with a bronze medal, International Salon Cooking Culinare Competition and others.
