Previously I worked as a restaurant consultant and head chef for William's Restaurant Jakarta for 3 years,
and my others experience : Nomz Jakarta under Chef Arnold Poernomo him self, St.Ali Jakarta, Grand Hyatt Singapore (Mezza9), Bistro Petit Salute Singapore
I am a dedicated perfectionist with a love for quality local produce as the basis for everything cooked from fine cuisine to BBQ parties.
