Experience Scientist, I'm always looking for a new experience in cooking and eating.

I am a highly accomplished and results-oriented chef with more than 5 years of experience in conceptualizing, developing and implementing innovative menus to optimize the guest satisfaction. I have worked at Mandarin Oriental, Carlton Pacific Place and currently at William's SCBD in Jakarta. I have earned a Gold medal in a national level cooking competition. (La Cuisine Competition in Plated Dessert category, Best Dessert in 2nd La Cuisine Competiton in Plated Dessert category)

Whether preparing a small intimate dinner or large group, I take pride in what I do and have served more than 400++ plates. My mission is to exceed customer expectation by serving my foods to the highest standards.
