My name is Anshary.
My work experience began in 2016 at a cafe called Esprezza in Makassar, from commis chef to Sous chef for 5 years, focusing on Western cuisine.
In 2019, I joined the Aryaduta Hotel in Makassar as Executive Chef, where I spent seven years focusing on Indonesian, western cuisine and Chinese cuisine.
In early 2025, I decided to move to Bali and join Canggu Private Chef as Sous Chef,
