I am a professional chef with more than 10 years of experience. My main roots are Indonesian cuisine with a touch of International Ingredients. Complexity in taste and flavorful umami will take your tongue and brain to the next level of culinary experience.

I am a father of two, taking care of children is as important as taking care of a raw food. So i always including my heart and love at every bites of my food.
