Passionate about crafting heartfelt dining moments, where Mediterranean roots meet modern flair and global inspirations.

I was born and raised in the fertile lands of the Mediterranean, deeply inspired by the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Anatolia. Over the years, my travels to more than 45 countries have given me the privilege of discovering and experiencing some of the world’s most distinctive cuisines firsthand.

What began as a simple hoby in my home kitchen gradually evolved into a lifelong pursuit, further refined through formal culinary education and CTH-accredited training.

With over a decade of fine dining experience in Turkish, Mediterranean, Italian, and Levantine cuisines, I am now based in Bali — creating a new culinary vision that honors my roots while embracing the island’s unique flavors and ingredients.
