I was born and raised in the fertile lands of the Mediterranean, deeply inspired by the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Anatolia. Over the years, my travels to more than 45 countries have given me the privilege of discovering and experiencing some of the world’s most distinctive cuisines firsthand.

What began as a simple hobby in my home kitchen gradually evolved into a lifelong pursuit, further refined through formal culinary education and CTH-accredited training.

With over a decade of fine dining experience in Turkish, Mediterranean, Italian, and Levantine cuisines, I am now based in Bali — creating a new culinary vision that honors my roots while embracing the island’s unique flavors and ingredients. I am particularly drawn to Bali’s fresh tropical produce, aromatic herbs, native spices, and vibrant local ingredients, incorporating them into my cooking to create a distinctive dialogue between Mediterranean traditions and the island’s rich culinary landscape.

We had the most amazing experience provided by Chef Soluna. We were in Bali celebrating my birthday with family - children, grandparents and those in between. We had several dietaries which we appreciate is difficult to cook around but nothing was a problem. We went back an forth over the menu several times to get it just right. We were really looking forward to an authentic Indonesian experience but Chef Soluna has a Mediterranean background so we were keen on a fusion menu. The food was outstanding! Some of the most beautiful dishes we've had, very generous portions plus kids meals. It was incredible. The Chef and his Sous Chef were also the most lovely people. Very easy to communicate with, professional, discreet, flexible. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you Chef Soluna for such a wonderful, memorable experience!

He did an absolutely amazing job. All the food was incredible. Really easy to deal with menu changes in the lead up. Punctual and food quality was awesome. Highly highly recommend.

Chef Soluna did a wonderful job cooking us dinner for our honeymoon at our Villa. He made dishes from his native country, Turkey, and they were all amazing! It was so fun to get to try food from his culture. The presentation of each dish was beautiful and he even left some behind for a next day snack. I would easily recommend him to anyone.

Soluna is an excellent chef, professional, friendly and the plat, presentation was absolutely perfect. We took the Tokyo menu and it was an sensational experience.

Chef outdid himself! All four courses were amazing and unique. The other guests raved about the dinner for the rest of the week. Highlight of our stay in Seminyak.

De chef was heel professioneel! Het eten was heerlijk. Iedereen heeft ervan genoten. Van te voren heeft hij mij goed geholpen met advies over het menu. Er waren personen in de groep met dieetwensen. Hier heeft hij perfect op ingespeeld. Hij was op tijd, het eten was op tijd. En hij heeft alles netjes achtergelaten. Spreekt goed Engels zodat de communicatie makkelijk verloopt en hij was heel aardig! Ik zou de chef de volgende keer weer boeken! Super bedankt voor de leuke avond!

Chef Soluna was able to fit us in for a last-minute booking, and we are so grateful he did. We asked for the chef’s special, and he served us beautiful Anatolian comfort food. While the setting and presentation felt like fine dining, the food itself was warm, soulful, and made us feel right at home. The whole experience felt very special, and we would happily recommend Chef Soluna to our friends and family.

Chef Soluna was incredible, We booked him for 3 days straight, he cooked 192 dishes for us over those 3 days and every day our group was blown away with the quality. I was a little sceptical about this as the website itself is hard to navigate but I am glad we went through with it as it was a highlight of our holiday. I would not hesitate to book him again for any occasion.

Chef Soluna was an absolute gem and his food was amazing! I proposed to my fiance the same day and booked a private chef for to end the evening. She and I both agreed that dinner was second only to the proposal that day! Thank you again, Chef!

Chef soluna went above and beyond with his hospitality. The Duck meat and barramundi was perfectly cooked and all the meals were super tasty. He even gave us a special treat. I live in Dubai and the hummus that he made was sooo tasty that I never had a hummus like that in Dubai. Beautifully plated and really worth the money. Would love to go for the second time and this time I'd go for meat on each course.

Chef Soluna was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. His dishes were presented very well and the flavours were excellent. His Barramundi dish in particular was stunning and several of our guests commented saying it was the best fish they've ever had. Chef Soluna is the only chef we have selected via this service but I would not hesitate using his services again. Thank you again for a wonderful experience here in Bali, Chef.
