I was born and raised in the fertile lands of the Mediterranean, deeply inspired by the rich and diverse culinary heritage of Anatolia. Over the years, my travels to more than 45 countries have given me the privilege of discovering and experiencing some of the world’s most distinctive cuisines firsthand.

What began as a simple hoby in my home kitchen gradually evolved into a lifelong pursuit, further refined through formal culinary education and CTH-accredited training.

With over a decade of fine dining experience in Turkish, Mediterranean, Italian, and Levantine cuisines, I am now based in Bali — creating a new culinary vision that honors my roots while embracing the island’s unique flavors and ingredients.

Chef Soluna was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. His dishes were presented very well and the flavours were excellent. His Barramundi dish in particular was stunning and several of our guests commented saying it was the best fish they've ever had. Chef Soluna is the only chef we have selected via this service but I would not hesitate using his services again. Thank you again for a wonderful experience here in Bali, Chef.
