I am a British Chef whom have worked in 5 star luxury hotel part of the Dorchester collection - (coworth park) & 3 Michelin stars (waterside inn), both in England before moving to the Middle East where i spent the last 9 plus years. I had worked in a few establishments, restaurants, 5 star luxury resort where i was Executive Chef leading a large team along with winning awards such as best fine dine restaurant of the year & restaurant of the year 2018/2019, in the mix i have worked as a private chef for V.V.I.P, H.N.W.I IN Abu Dhabi cooking,

I have cooked for Royal family members, celebrities & also George bush a former USA president and his wife and close friends. Now i am in Singapore seeking to enjoy the Asian scene and discover a world of new techniques and flavors to add to my portfolio and knowledge so I can give a broader culinary journey to future diners.

I am a very passionate & professional chef i love to cook & i am very determined to ensure perfection in what i do & to always entertain & mix well with the diners to ensure they are having the best culinary journey moment they can have, weather it be a 14 course tasting menus or a simple salad the techniques behind it all is what brings simplicity to perfection thus leaving every mouthful delicious.
