I’m just a simple and humble person who’s very passionate about making a good foods, love cooking and culinary world in general.
I’m a chef with 17 years experience working in Seattle, Washington, USA, specializing in Japanese cuisine. Sushi and sashimi in particular. Seeing other people smiling and enjoying my food is the best feeling that money can’t buy. Beside traveling and doing sports like playing basketball, tennis or workout at home, I like to spend my time watching cooking show on tv. Iron chef America and Top Chef is my favorite.
