Creative chef passionate about modern cuisine, menu development, and creating thoughtful & memorable private dining experiences.
I’m a creative chef with a background in culinary arts, having studied at SMKN 3 Bogor and gained professional experience through my internship at Hotel Aryaduta Jakarta and my work at Stuco Coffee. At Stuco, I developed menus for different café concepts and gained experience through pop-ups and culinary collaborations. I also run my own culinary business, Moneko Space, where I continue to explore new ideas and develop food products. In 2022, I was awarded a Silver Medal at La Cuisine Competition, an experience that further strengthened my passion for creativity and excellence in the kitchen.
