It all started when I started wanting to live it better, inspired by my mother's home cooking and my father's foreign food. It looked very interesting to explore. Starting with a high level vocational education and a diploma in culinary arts.
Starting a career as a daily worker, loyal to the process for several years until I could enjoy a fairly good position in the professional kitchen hierarchy.
Starting to be interested in modern Indonesian food with some touches of Japanese and Latin techniques. With basic experience in European and Western cuisine.
