I'm professional Chef with almost 25 years experiences and mostly in Bali and Surabaya.
My root skills is Indonesia dishes and some Asian food but when I'm working in Bali I learn a lot about western dishes also and some pastries.
I'm starting as steward for 2,5 years in Surabaya ( Golf Graha Family ) and join with Royal Regal Hotel as Helper before working in Bali and join DISCOVERY KARTIKA PLAZA HOTEL KUTA.
