Chef Hikar culinary journey has taken him from Indonesia to six countries from two continents in the world over 12 years in hospitality industry. Has been working for several number of International Company from 5 star and luxury brands.
To name a few, In 2013, he landed in Jeddah and has worked in Bellevue Group Jeddah before in 2015 he flown to Qatar and has worked in Grand Hyatt Doha. After which he moved on to opening “Kanusan” in Finolhu Resort Maldives, Amilla Fushi Maldives, Four Season Hotel Kuwait (Pre-Opening Team), St. Regis Cairo (Pre-Opening Team), Banyan Tree Bintan Resort & Spa, St. Regis Maldives Vomulli Resort (Re-Opening), and Le Meridien Riyadh.
As an experienced Chef he has proven track record of making not only great food that will entice diners and leave the customers wanting more, but also he always working with creativity, innovation, pleasant, hardworking, and helpful.
