I’m a professional chef with 25 years of experience working in Bali and abroad — including Dubai, Singapore, Bangkok, Japan, Brunei and Australia. I’m deeply familiar with Indonesian and Balinese cuisine, and I also specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cooking. I draw on a broad range of influences (Thai, Chinese, Indian and Mexican) to add variety and depth to my menus and to create balanced, flavorful dishes.

I currently run my own operation, Chef Nyoman’s Kitchen, where I oversee food production and produce small-batch kombucha. My approach blends traditional techniques with contemporary flavors, always focusing on high-quality ingredients and thoughtful, memorable presentations.

Our Chef Dadi was very punctual and professional. He and his assistant prepared a wonderful meal for all 8 of us and explained to us what each dish was. It was amazing to try the Indonesian cuisine in the comfort of our villa. The food was delicious. We would recommend Chef Dadi to anyone!!

Nyoman was absolutely fantastic everyone loved the meal, and it was so good we’ve already booked again!

We really enjoyed the experience with Nyoman. He and his wife were so lovely. The food was great and there was a lot of it! Our only feedback was that we would’ve preferred the food to come out as courses so we had more time to enjoy it, rather than all at one time. We loved the chocolate lava cake and homemade vanilla bean icecream for dessert, cooked to perfection and tasted amazing! Thank you Nyoman and Ming Ming!

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Dadi cook for us in Bali over four meal services, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. A special mention also goes to Chef Nyoman Kitchen for being so flexible in shaping the menu exactly to our needs — nothing was too much trouble. Every dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavour, and tailored perfectly to our tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and couldn’t recommend Chef Dadi and the team more highly!

We had I nyoman tridanayasa prepare a private dinner for 8 of us at our villa in Bali. The communication was incredible - punctual and responsive to our needs. He prepared an absolutely delicious feast - lobster, prawns, curry, etc. - everything was fresh, so tasty and beautiful. It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you so much - we will absolutely reach out again when we are next in Bali.

Chef Dadi, made a wonderful dinner party in our villa with our 10 friends. He made my friend’s birthday celebration extra special. His cooking was delicious! if we are back in Bali we will be sure to book another dinner with you again. Thank you ????
