I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world. I completed three years of culinary training at a culinary college in Bali. I also have 14 years of experience working abroad on passenger ships and river cruises.

I am skilled in preparing a wide range of cuisines, including Western, Italian, local, and Asian dishes, as well as healthy, vegan, and vegetarian cuisine. I also served as an Executive Sous Chef for four years, specializing in seafood and fusion-style cooking.
