Chef Jessieca Audrey Jessie

Hi! I’m Jessieca Audrey, a Culinary Arts graduate with a lifelong passion for cooking. My culinary journey has brought me experience in the industry, including working at Henshin, The Westin Jakarta, as well as several other restaurants. I’ve also had the opportunity to cook for a Formula E driver and learn from the chefs at JHOL, a Michelin Guide restaurant in Bangkok, both of which became memorable experiences in my culinary journey.

I particularly enjoy exploring Japanese, Peruvian, and Italian cuisine. Beyond cooking, I’m someone who is always eager to learn, grow, and improve. I hope to bring my best to every dish I create and, most importantly, make every person who tastes my food happy.

I’ve also had the experience of owning and running my own restaurant, which taught me that cooking is not only about the food itself, but also about creating an experience that people can enjoy and remember.
