I bring together the rich flavors and diverse cooking techniques of Pan-Asian, Latin American, and European cuisine. With years of experience in professional kitchens, I have developed a culinary style that combines authentic traditions, refined techniques, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.

Learning from many talented chefs throughout my career, I have built extensive knowledge of flavor, authenticity, and ingredient selection. The use of spices, citrus, chilies, fresh herbs, and umami-rich ingredients has become a hallmark of my cooking, particularly in Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, and other Southeast Asian cuisines.

My expertise also extends to Latin American and European cuisine, where I combine traditional methods with contemporary techniques to create refined and memorable dining experiences. Working with the finest local ingredients, I craft menus that celebrate both international influences and regional produce.

Chef Kadak was brilliant! He sent the menu beforehand and catered for everyones needs. He was very punctual and just got on with it and the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend him for catering in bali, we were a group of 7 and it was flawless.

Excellent chef who prepared daily meals for my family while in Bali. He was both friendly and talented, catering to our individual preferences as adjusting based on our requests. The food was delicious! It was highlight of our week.

Chef Kadek was amazing! We had a party of 10 and he served us all with so much delicious Indonesian food within an hr of arriving! We didn't even know he was there! Very professional and would highly recommend.

I worked with Chef Kadek prior to our evening, to create a traditional balinese set menu and he was extremely responsive. Having balinese roots, I wanted to show off my favourite meals to my friends. He was complimentary but also told me what to take off the menu so not to overload on the same kind of dishes, which I appreciated. The presentation of the food was incredible and the meals themselves were exactly what I had hoped for me. Everyone was impressed. Highly recommended.

After reading multiple reviews for multiple chefs we decided to go with Kadek . We are so glad we went with him , his bot a cook his a real deal chef. We went with a medetranean inspired menu and everything was made from scratch and super tasty . We can't wait to book you again in our next visit to Bali . Cheers

We were incredibly fortunate to have Chef Kadek cook for us at our villa during a friend’s 40th birthday celebration. From start to finish, he was efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The food was incredible—hands down the best we had during our entire stay in Bali. We chose the Mediterranean menu, and every dish was divine. Our stomachs were full and happy, and we’re so grateful we came across him. If you're considering a private chef experience in Bali, don’t hesitate—Chef Kadek is a standout!

Kadek was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and plentiful. All of our local Balinese meals after this experience paled next to Kadek's amazingly crafted local menu. It was truly an experience to remember. It went seamlessly, will be dreaming of the rendang, fragrant rice, and grilled fish for years to come.

What an amazing night. We arranged a surprise dinner to celebrate my parents' 25th wedding anniversary. Our family was incredibly impressed by the food and service from Chef Kadek and his assistant. Chef Kadek provided a customised Mediterranean style menu, taking into account dietary requirements and minor menu adjustments. Chef brought almost all of his own equipment, including a charcoal grill, to prepare some of the most delicious food. The fresh caught fish was a highlight. This was my first time hiring a private chef, but will absolutely do so again. An incredible night with family and delicious food. Thanks Chef!
