I am a professional chef, I went to culinary school and got my degree in New York City at The Institute of Culinary Education. I have been working as a chef since 2013. My joy is making amazing, delicious food that brings joy to other people. I have learned many cuisines from around the world, including French, Italian, American fine dining, and Australian cafe.
