Creative, artistic and passionate chef
Born and raised in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. With almost two decades of chef experience working for different restaurants and hotels around the word. Expertise in Mediterranean, Latino American, Arabic and Asian cuisine, and strong knowledge into European pastry. My last adventure was spending 4 years as Chef de Cuisine of Argentine steakhouse restaurant at 5 stars luxury hotel in Doha, Middle East.
During those years I reconnected with mine motherland and develop my own style of Argentine cuisine. Before settling down in Bali, i went back to Argentina to expertise into the Chorizo world with different chefs, butchers and farmers. He loves all about meat, fire, wood and food.
