This Easter, I embarked on a culinary journey that transformed my villa in Bali into an epicenter of traditional Indonesian flavors, thanks to the exceptional talent of Chef Meykel and his dedicated team. Opting for a personalized dining experience, I chose Take a Chef to bring this vision to life, and the result was nothing short of extraordinary. From the outset, Chef Meykel presented an original menu that promised an exploration of Indonesia's rich culinary heritage. However, wanting to tailor the experience further to my preferences, I requested a few adjustments. Chef Meykel not only accommodated these changes but also infused each dish with his unique flair, making the meal even more special. What set this experience apart was not just the food's exceptional quality but also the professionalism and passion of Chef Meykel and his team. Their attention to detail, from the preparation to the presentation, and their willingness to engage in storytelling about the dishes, added layers of enjoyment to our dining experience.

Meychel did an excellent job for our 10 day trip with a group of 15. He was super flexible with multiple people’s allergies and preferences as well as our schedule changes. Would definitely recommend his services and would use him anytime we come to Bali!

Chef Meychels service and menu was amazing. Communication in the lead up to our dinner was prompt and clear. Chef was flexible to our familys changing needs. The food was AMAZING and the menu chef was able to provide with our villad limited kitchen resources was outstanding. Dishes were presented beautifully and were so tasty. The service was fantastic and Meychel and his partner left out kitchen and dining area spotless allowing our family to relax together and enjoy a special birthday celebration. Cannot reccomend enough. 10/10. Thank you

Chef Mike has surprised us with his great presentation, taste, quality of the dishes. He even went extra miles to bake us a cake so that we had a very cosy and special birthday celebration for my twins. Will definitely recommend him for people gg to Bali.
