I’m a passionate young and detail-oriented chef with a deep love for crafting personalized dining experiences. I’m currently working at Hotel Tentrem Jakarta as a demi chef, and before that, I was part of the opening team at Tom’s by Tom Aikens at The Langham Hotel Jakarta. These experiences have shaped my skills in high-paced, high-standard kitchens, where precision, consistency, and creativity are key. While my core strength is in Western cuisine, I’m always excited to explore other flavors just tell me what you’re craving, and I’ll make it happen.

Beyond the kitchen, I value building genuine relationships with clients, rooted in trust, communication, and hospitality. I believe that great food is just as much about the experience as it is about the taste—so I aim to create warm, memorable moments through my service. Whether I’m curating a multi-course menu or simply making someone’s favorite comfort meal, I bring care, professionalism, and heart to everything I do.
