Hi, I’m Sev — a chef with 13 years of experience. After training in world cuisines, I worked in Turkish, Chinese, Mexican, and Japanese kitchens, then sharpened my skills on superyachts.

I love creating sushi, raw, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes, always exploring and evolving. My style blends Mediterranean freshness with bold Thai flavors, but I enjoy working with all cuisines and techniques.

From romantic dinners to birthdays and fun buffet gatherings, meetings, let’s design a menu that turns your moments into delicious memories.
