As a chef, I strive for my best performance and development every day
I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience in various sectors, such as fine dining, private cooking, catering and being involved in the opening of several new concepts.
I studied gastronomy in Finland for three years and after graduation i have been working in many different kind of restaurants in Finland, Spain and Australia. I also had my own private cooking business in Finland where i made different styles of events and cooking classes for my customers.
I constantly want to learn new things and competing is also important to me. I am the official Finnish barbeque champion 2018, and a Masterchef Professional Finland semi-finalist 2020.
