A lot of my inspiration comes from travel, shared tables, good produce, and the atmosphere surrounding a meal just as much as the food itself.
Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a private gathering, or a curated menu for an event, I want people to leave feeling like they experienced something honest, relaxed, and memorable.
