I was graduated from hotel school of switzerland,more than 10 years experience in culinary at 5 star

I was studied hotel school hospitality in switzerland.I . Joined at 5 stars hotel at dharmawangsa jakarta indonesia, management by rosewood hotel from 1997 to 2001 as a demi chef to chef de partie.I was in charge in fine dining asiatic and western food.

2001 to 2003 I was working at alfaisalia hotel riyard 5 stars hotel and luxury for 2 year management by rosewood.I was in chargein fine dining continental food

2003 to 2007 back to the hotel dharmawangsa jakarta indonesia 5 star hotel as junior sous chef,I m in charge for fine dining western food.

2007 to 2013.I was joined by ritz carlton hotel jakarta indonesia as sous chef to chef de cuisine and in charge for coffee shop and fine dining western food.

2013 at present I was joined by catering service mining and coal company in east kalimantan indonesia.
