i'm in love and professionaly cultivate an indonesian traditional dish. especially from aceh sumatra.
i am steven and i've been in culinary world for 11 years. i was a student of jakarta culinary centre. currently i work as a restaurant consultant. my specialty is pairing indonesia cuisine with another country dish. for the example (beef salad with cashewnut, palm sugar, butter, mayo, mustard, a bit spicy from chili bird)
