I am a professional chef from the city of Tulungagung who has been involved in the F&B industry for 10 years. My basics are in Middle Eastern and Western food in particular. With the basic 2 foods from this area, I tried to combine it with the taste of Indonesian cuisine which is rich in spices, because in my opinion Indonesian cuisine is a very complex cuisine.
