Hi, I’m Chef Vanessa! My kitchen journey started early, fueled by curiosity and a deep love for Culinary & Pastry Arts.
My name is Vincenzia Vanessa Chen, I am A Graduate in Culinary Arts Institute from Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia. I have had experiences in Japanese Restaurants, Five-star-hotels and On Site Caterings/Dinings. I am a young cook who has passion in Japanese and French Cuisine. I loved to explore new cuisines to upgrade my knowledge. As a next-generation chef, my goal is simple: bring high-energy creativity and vibrant flavors straight to your table.
