im profesional about .pastry.bakery.indonesian sweet.and also european and indonesian food.my background from Culinary school STP bandung east java.i have work already in catering plane service.4-5 star hotel.cruise line.and retail business service.and also i have already take short time course about culinary pastry in thailand.malaysia and hongkong for my experiences.my style cooking is french dishes and i have fusion style plate dessert.
