Recently, Meychel orchestrated a mesmerizing Balinese banquet for my 50th birthday celebration, leaving myself and my guests in awe of his talent and expertise. Meychel's attention to detail extended beyond the cuisine itself; the table adorned with flowers and candles created an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. Throughout the evening, Meychel's passion for his craft shone through as he graciously explained each dish, enhancing our appreciation for the culinary delights before us. Danny did a wonderful job helping me to host a table of 7. He was very responsive and accommodating since the start when we discussed menu options. He is patient and attentive in answering my questions and concerns. He also gave me clear understanding on what tablewares would be needed, and offered to help me source them if I did not have enough. On the day of the event he arrived ahead of the time to prepare and everything went according to planned. My guests were all very impressed with his dishes and presentations. I was very pleasantly surprised that they even did a great job cleaning my kitchen! My female guests were really impressed too. Overall an excellent experience.

We had the pleasure of booking Edi as our chef one evening in Bali. He cooked up an absolute storm of traditional Balinese dishes, talking us through each plate (as travellers interested in the local cuisine). Edi is incredibly polite and attentive - it was a pleasure learning all about his incredible professional background in the culinary world, and, in general, getting to know him over a great evening of food. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Great Valentines dinner! All i had to do was relax with the people I ❤️ love The chefs did the rest and were discreet making sure we had enough time between dishes. Nobody felt rushed. Can’t wait to do it again
