Despite my last-minute notice, Francesco accepted the challenge with timeless professionalism and availability. Here's why I highly recommend him: Ability to adapt: Organizing a dinner at home in such a short time is not for everyone, but he didn't bat an eyelid, taking care of every detail as if we'd been planning the event for months. Food quality: Simply sublime dishes. You can taste the exquisite selection of ingredients and impeccable technique. Each course was an explosion of flavors, presented with an elegance worthy of the finest restaurants. Service: Francesco isn't just a "cook," he's a true host. Discreet, meticulous in his work, and capable of conveying his passion for cooking while explaining the dishes. He was truly brilliant: he transformed an ordinary evening into an unforgettable event, saving the day with a unique touch of class. We also tried his cooking school in San Casciano dei Bagni, a wonderful cooking class immersed in nature, making pasta and enjoying excellent drinks, followed by a beautiful dinner. Thanks also to Villa Vetrichina, the property where the cooking school is located. Thank you, Chef, see you next time for sure! Chef William De Jesus was truly a pleasure to work with. More than his exceptional professionalism he was careful, thoughtful and very passionate about his craft. Every meal was delicious, meticulous in its detail and came with great lessons about the culture behind the dish as well as the ingredients. He’s top notch!

Cher Gerson and his team were amazing- it’s that simple. We had a group of 10; 5 adults & 5 kids-he was beyond accommodating to last minute menu changes and schedule adjustments. He made several suggestions to help create options for some very picky eaters as well. We had the pleasure of working with him over 7 meals/4 days and we truly were blown away by the quality of meals and the level of service we received. We loved the fresh fruits, the local cuisine and just being able to interact with him to learn more about the Costa Rican culture and their traditional dishes. It was an experience we will never forget(and will hopefully have again!).

Angi made our visit to Bali unforgettable. We really felt spoiled with the quality, presentation and taste of the food she prepared. She was flexible to do a few changes based on our ask, all what we had was amazing. She prepared a full course seafood dinner for us; we were very happy with all the dishes. Amounts were more than we could finish (and yes; we are big eaters) and she packed everything nicely for us. Thanks Angi, you are a star !

Sam was an amazing host and chef. Booked for our engagement, Sam provided a very special dinner at a very special time for both me and my partner. He was punctual, kind, attentive and most importantly, the food was incredibly tasty and well presented. On cleanup, Sam left the kitchen and cooking area looking spotless. 10/10 would recommend.
