I am a professional chef from 5 years. I am graduated in the international school of Italian kitchen called Alma.
I have worked in 1 Michelin stars restaurant in Abruzzo, it is in guardiagrele near my home town.
I am currently working in the only 3 michelin stars of Milan called Mudec.
