Chef Graziella Malgeri

I had the absolute best experience with Graziella and her lovely team. We requested this experience for the dinner for our wedding night. We wanted it to be intimate and special and she beyond delivered. I came home and the table was set so lovely and I could smell the delicious dinner they were preparing from the moment I walked in. Hands down one of the best meals I had during my time in Florence - will definitely be recommending her to everyone I know and hope to see her again!

As I started to research being able to have a Chef come to our place of residence in Italy on our vacation, I found working with TakeAChef and our choice of Chef Graziella Malgeri a great joy. Upon arriving on time, at a difficult location where we were staying, Graziella was completely engaging. She arrived with two Sous Chefs, Lina, and Letitiza. As all three were getting familiar with our kitchen, they started to unload the required food that they brought. They setup the table setting and asked questions when they needed extra china, cutlery etc. We were told that they were preparing our dinner and to just relax and enjoy ourselves. We had picked a set time for dinner of 8:00PM, when making our arrangements. At precisely 8:00PM we sat down, and our chosen appetizer was served. Once served, an explanation of the prepared appetizer was given. Our starter course and main dish followed next, and again once served we received an explanation of the food served and it was all extremely exceptional. Lastly our desert, which was made on site, was served, and again exceptional. After our meal was severed, a beautiful end of meal liquor, of Limoncello was served which was the perfect ending to a meal enjoyed under the Tuscany moon. In the meanwhile, Graziella and her team had cleaned up everything before leaving. They left everything spotless!! All in all, this was truly a special evening, enjoyed by my entire family and the entire family of my best friend. We made some beautiful memories of this picture-perfect location and a fantastic meal. We would highly recommend Graziella and team to anyone in search of a similar Tuscan experience. Our group were delighted with our dinner last night. We were a group of eight and Lena knew each of our names by the end of the evening. The food was superb and beautifully plated. Both chefs were gracious and kind. Thank you so much for the memorable evening. This was definitely a highlight of our vacation. We will highly recommend Takeachef!

Graziella and Letizia prepared for us a great dinner, the whole experience was incredible. From the very beginning, when we first got in contact until the end of the dinner. The dishes were delicious; I truly believe it is a great way of enjoying Toscana even more.

Amazing amazing amazing. From start to finish I could not recommend enough. The chef and team arrived and got started. The table was set beautifully and a few hours later dinner was served. All the food was delicious. With each course they cleaned up after and with dessert gave us home made limoncello. It was truly an amazing night and all 13 people were happy. Highly recommend!!!!!

Wow! The food that chef Graziella, Franchesca, and Patricia prepared for our family was absolutely incredible. They offered great menu options, were quick to respond, arrived early, were very friendly and professional, and the food was absolutely incredible. It tasted so fresh and homemade and we all definitely felt the love in all of the dishes. It was one of our favorite meals during our stay in Tuscany. Take A Chef was also very easy to use and I would definitely use again.
