Hello!
We are a close-knit group of hospitality professionals, consisting of two chefs and three front-of-house specialists, all with solid experience in both Italy and abroad. We work with passion, precision, and a deep respect for hospitality, and we present ourselves as a team available for private villas, events, summer seasons, or temporary assignments across Europe.
Monica Bianchessi and Daniela Antoniotti are chefs with two different backgrounds: Monica, a well-known face of Italian cuisine, private chef and Kenwood Italia ambassador & Chef in House.
She ran her own restaurant, “Trattoria Via Vai,” in Crema from 1998 to 2010.
She has appeared on several Italian cooking TV shows and authored multiple cookbooks.
Monica has worked as a brand ambassador and consultant for major food companies such as Zuegg, Alce Nero, and Pomi.
Since 2015, she has specialized in private chef services for VIP families and managed cooking classes and live events across Italy. She is very active on Social Media with her daughter Delia.
Daniela, on the other hand, graduated from the prestigious Gualtiero Marchesi school and has traveled the world working in Michelin-starred restaurants for example Ferran Adrià. She works for "Cucina Italiana" and provides recipes for the magazine.
They are accompanied by Monica's daughter, Delia who’s back from 3star Michelin Restaurant Geranium of Copenaghen. She’s also sommelier. Together, they worked in France in 2025 for the British royal family.
Then Deborah Perelli, specialist of the costumer care and lover of the good FOH service, who is working with Delia since 10 years.
