Je suis une chef diplômée de l'institut gastronomique Le Cordon bleu, avec une formation solide en gastronomie et arts culinaires, enrichie par une expérience diversifiée dans des cuisines françaises, italiennes, asiatiques, et marocaines. Depuis mon jeune âge, j'ai développé une profonde passion pour la cuisine, inspirée par les recettes traditionnelles que j'ai appris à maîtriser en aidant ma mère.

Au fil des ans, j'ai affiné mes compétences à travers des rôles variés dans le garde-manger, la cuisine chaude, ainsi que dans la pâtisserie, où j'ai appris l'art du chocolat. Mon parcours m'a également permis de concevoir et de présenter de nouveaux plats, en participant activement à l'élaboration de menus innovants.

I am a certified chef, trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute, with a strong background in gastronomy and culinary arts. My expertise is enriched by diverse experience in French, Italian, Asian, and Moroccan cuisines.

From a young age, I developed a deep passion for cooking, inspired by the traditional recipes I learned while helping my mother in the kitchen.

Over the years, I have refined my skills through various roles in cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and pastry, where I also explored the art of working with chocolate. My journey has also included designing and presenting new dishes, actively contributing to the creation of innovative menus.
