I really enjoy cooking; it is a way for me to express myself and share with others.
I am a Mexican chef with 15 years of experience in the kitchen. I have always enjoyed traveling and exploring different cuisines; I have worked in the United States, Barcelona, Paris, and Mexico City, as well as on renowned cruise lines like Viking Cruises, and most recently as a chef at the Mexican Embassy in Morocco. I hold a degree in Culinary Arts from Mexico.
