My cooking blends formal culinary training with the traditions I grew up with — the tagines, couscous, and slow-cooked flavors that define Moroccan family tables. With 5-10 years of experience, I bring authentic Moroccan cuisine directly to you, prepared fresh in your riad or villa. My signature dish, mrouzia with caramelized pineapple, is a perfect example of what I love to do: honoring a classic, centuries-old Moroccan recipe while adding a personal, modern touch.
