I'm an Italian chef trained at Ferrandi Paris, one of the world's most respected culinary schools, and the founder of Dinner Collection, a culinary studio dedicated to creating memorable private dining experiences.

My cuisine is rooted in Italian gastronomy and French Mediterranean flavors. I work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and carefully sourced products, with one goal: to let the quality of each element speak for itself. Alongside this, I have a deep fascination for Asian cuisine, which inspires me to introduce delicate touches, unexpected pairings and a modern perspective to classic recipes.
