From sourcing quality ingredients to designing atmosphere and tailored table settings, we approach each event with creativity, precision, and attention to detail.

One of us brings a strong background in Food & Beverage management with extensive experience in operations, guest experience, and service excellence. Working alongside an experienced Executive Chef, we combine culinary expertise and operational leadership to deliver seamless, high-end experiences in private and luxury settings.

Our professional journeys have been shaped within renowned hospitality environments, where we developed a deep understanding of luxury standards, international cuisine, and personalized service.

Chef Simo and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire private dining experience felt seamless, thoughtful, and truly special. They were not only amazingly talented in the kitchen, but also incredibly attentive throughout the evening, making sure every detail was perfect. They went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect — they even arranged a special chair to accommodate our needs without hesitation. On top of that, they surprised us by preparing extra dishes on the house that we hadn’t even asked for. That level of generosity and care really made the night feel personal and memorable. Every course was beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the team’s professionalism and warmth made us feel completely at ease in our own home. Everything was handled effortlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. We couldn’t recommend Chef Simo and his team more highly — it was truly a five-star experience from beginning to end.
