I am a professional Chef with 19 years of experience, graduated from the Paul Bocuse Institute, Lyon France. For 5 years I worked in 3-star Michelin restaurants

with chefs Gerard Passedat, David Tissot and Pascal Barbot. I continued my professional growth within 5 diamond hotels such as Hotel Tortuga Bay (Dominican Rep.) and Grupo Vidanta (Nuevo Vallarta)
