I am an enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible chef.
I have 10 years of experience in cooking, I started working while I was in college.
I studied at Le Chef College, and in 2014 I joined chef Roberto Solis' staff at Nectar.
After 6 months, I had the opportunity to be part of the opening of a hotel in the Riviera Maya. I was 2 cooks at Royalton, I was in charge of inventories, dish assembly and creation of the special dish of the week.
fter one year, for personal reasons, I returned to Veracruz to be part of a school institution and a group of advisors for a restaurant opening.
Currently, I co-own a healthy kitchen, where we manage diets, recipes, create healthy menus, control costs and inventories.
I am also pursuing a master's degree in education, I like to teach and share my knowledge with others.
