Chef Jesus has a working experience of 11 years in the cucine industry, 2 years as a line cook, 5 years as a Sous chef and 3 years as an Executive Chef. Chef Jesus has worked in wellknown recognized international restaurants and casinos in Mexico, USA and Qatar.
His major achievements and tasks are as per below:
-Executive Chef managing kitchen operations for more than 400 guests daily at Hotel Restaurant named Senorritas Tex mex, during all the WorldCup Qatar 2022 period.
- Award as a Contest participant in "Baja Culinary Fest''.
- 1st place in "UVM MEXICO 2008" culinary competition.
- Operation of several Private dinners, anniversaries, festival events.
- 2nd place in a state contest "Best Chef of Baja California’’.
- 2nd place in a "Beef and Pork” contest with UVM MEXICO.
- 1st place contest "Creating sandwiches" in San Felipe, Baja California.
- Innovative distes as Line Cook in NYC- Dell'anima Manhatan Restaurant.
